Paying from an exchange, or on another network?
- If your exchange takes its fee out of what you send, add the fee on top, so the exact amount arrives.
- A payment that arrives short or on the wrong network cannot be matched by itself. Write to support with the transaction ID and your PP Vault id.

Keep it apart from your computer. Your licence can always be found again from your PP Vault id; the receipt is for a vault lost with no backup, and moves Pro to the new one, .

For a vault lost with no backup: the receipt moves the purchase to the new vault's id. A restored backup keeps its licence and needs nothing here. One purchase moves a few times.
How it works
- No card, no name, no email, no account: the licence is made out to your PP Vault's id, and that is all this page asks for. The id comes from your vault's recovery words, so it is the same in every backup of that vault.
- A payment on a public blockchain is public, so this is private rather than anonymous: nobody here learns who you are, but the payment itself can be seen.
- The free extension keeps everything it does today. Pro adds; nothing you already have is ever taken away, and a vault never locks because of a licence.
- The extension checks your licence by itself, offline. It still cannot reach the internet, before or after you buy.
- What this page keeps, and for how long, is in the privacy policy.
